RIO Light Saltwater Shock Tapered Leader features a tough fluorocarbon shock tippet to protect the leader from teeth, spines, and gill plates, and are ideal for small tarpon, snook, and other ”problem” species. The main body of the leader is made with a stiff nylon that tapers down to 16 lb. before being tied to the shock tippet.
